Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By ordering from Thousim Studio, you agree to the terms below.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service. We will review your order and confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. Until you receive this confirmation, no contract exists between us.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of unavailability, policy violations, or inability to fulfill.
All artworks we create are custom-made to order and fully personalised according to your specifications. You are responsible for the accuracy of all details you provide at the time of ordering, including:
We will reproduce exactly what you provide. If a clear error is obvious (such as a misspelling you later correct), we will flag it before production. We will not make assumptions about what you intended.
Before production of your artwork begins, we send you a digital proof of your design by email. This proof shows exactly how your finished artwork will look.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all details in the proof, including text, spelling, layout, colours, and positioning. This is your opportunity to catch any issues before production begins.
Production only starts after you provide written approval (replying to the email is sufficient). Once you have approved the proof and production has begun, changes cannot be made because your artwork has already been created to your exact specification.
All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you will pay.
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received and cleared before we begin production of your artwork.
We aim to deliver your complete order (inkless kit followed by finished artwork) within 7-10 business days of your order confirmation. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners or by events outside our reasonable control (weather, strikes, customs delays, etc.). Risk and ownership of your artwork pass to you upon delivery by the courier.

You may cancel your order at any time before your digital proof is approved. To cancel, email thousimstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Once you have approved the digital proof and production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. Your artwork has already been created to your exact specification and cannot be unmade. No refunds are available after the proof stage.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost and will arrange collection of the defective piece.
We cannot guarantee replacement for damage that occurred after delivery if you did not report it immediately or if damage resulted from mishandling after receipt.
All designs, artwork, creative work, and content created by Thousim Studio remain our intellectual property. The custom artwork we create for you is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for any commercial venture without our explicit written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the artwork in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and are subject to Polish legal interpretation. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
