From the moment you order to the day your artwork arrives — here's exactly what to expect at every stage.
Choose the keepsake type that means most to you — baby hand & footprints, couple handprints, or a pet paw print. During checkout you'll pick your frame colour, background colour, and size. You'll also add the personal details: name(s), date, and any special message you'd like inscribed on your artwork.
Within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed, we dispatch your inkless print kit directly to your home address. The kit includes everything you need: special inkless paper sheets, a wipe-and-press pad, and a step-by-step instruction guide designed to make capturing prints as easy and mess-free as possible — safe for newborns, babies, pets, and adults.
Once your kit arrives, follow the included guide to take the prints at home. No experience needed — the inkless method is clean and simple. Press gently, lift slowly, and you'll have a beautiful impression. For babies, we recommend doing it while they're calm and relaxed (after feeding works well). For couples, press both hands side by side. For pets, a gentle biscuit-reward technique works perfectly.
Once you've captured the prints, email us two things: a short video clip of the capture moment (even just 10–20 seconds — it helps us see the natural shape and depth of the print), and a clear, flat-lay photo of the finished print sheet. Good lighting is all you need — just place it on a flat surface and photograph it from directly above.

Our studio team carefully traces and digitises your print, then creates a bespoke gold foil design incorporating your chosen personalisation — name(s), date, and message. We'll send you a digital proof by email before we begin production, so you can approve every detail. Once you give the green light, we print your artwork using professional-grade gold foil on premium art paper and assemble it by hand in our Kraków studio.
Your finished framed artwork is carefully packaged — wrapped in tissue, protected with foam corners, and boxed securely — and shipped to your address. Delivery across Poland takes 2–3 business days via tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to you. Unbox, hang, and let the memories take their rightful place on your wall.
